Dear Members,

We are excited to share an important milestone in the evolution of Astor Club.

Just two blocks from our current supper club location in the Gold Coast, we have acquired a new clubhouse location on Lake Shore Drive. A true trophy property, the new clubhouse is not only a strikingly beautiful French-Chateau inspired, original Lake Shore Drive Mansion built in 1914, it is also included on the Chicago, State and National Registers of historic landmark properties. This expansion marks the beginning of the next phase for Astor Club. What began as a single-location supper club will soon become a dual-location, full-amenity city club designed to serve our members throughout the day and evening. This puts Astor Club on the world stage as not only one of the finest clubs in Chicago, but around the globe.

Since opening less than three years ago, Astor Club has grown steadily in membership and has become the most talked-about private members club in Chicago. Notably, Astor Club received a 2026 Forbes Four-Star Service Award and was included in the 2025 MICHELIN Guide, a first for any private members club and recognition that places Astor Club among the finest luxury hospitality properties in the world. This new clubhouse allows us to build on that momentum and create even more special and unique experiences for our members for generations to come.

The Lake Shore Drive clubhouse will introduce a number of new amenities and experiences, including:

~ Daytime club hours with an open and welcoming second-floor great room for relaxing, working, or informal meetings
~ Coffee service, light breakfast, and light lunch throughout the day
~ Private meeting rooms for members and small gatherings
~ Overnight guest suites for members and their visitors
~ A rooftop deck with lake views
~ Personal fitness and aesthetic services
~ Additional spaces for community, conversation, and quiet retreat

Together with our current location, the Astor Club experience will now span daytime clubhouse life and evening supper club fine-dining and curated events and live music, creating a true city club environment in the heart of the Gold Coast.

We are targeting an Fall 2026 launch, though final timing will depend on the completion of fundraising, build-out and licensing approvals.

As part of this expansion, we will soon be increasing our membership cap as well as initiation and dues pricing for new members. However, we want to make one thing very clear:

All current members will be fully grandfathered in.

Your 2026 membership dues will not increase as a result of this expansion, and you will receive access to both locations, supper club and clubhouse, as part of your existing membership.

Members in the Patron, Founder, and Lifetime tiers will receive additional access, privileges, and event invites associated with the new clubhouse.

Victoria and I want to personally thank every member who believed in Astor Club from the beginning. Your support, words of encouragement, enthusiasm, and community have made it possible for us to grow in a way that very few private clubs ever do.

What started as a supper club is becoming something larger: a place where members can gather throughout the day and night, in multiple settings, all within the same neighborhood we call home.
