Join us every hump day for "Wine Down Wednesday!" This week we are highlighting Tramin Stoan. Rich in tradition, Tramin’s wines are an authentic expression of Northern Italy's unique terroir. Tramin operates on a human scale with a farmer-to-land ratio similar to that of a small estate, allowing for delicate hand-harvesting. The aromas are intense yet clean and suggest hints of peaches, ripe pears, and elderflowers, as well as tropical aromas of pineapples and mangos. The wine is creamy and silky on the palate, with impeccable balance, and lasting intensity. Tramin Stoan pairs perfectly with our Crab Tagliatelle or Carbonara, but can also stand on its own. Stop in for a swirl!
