Learn how to blind taste wine like a pro.Ever wondered what you should be tasting and smelling in a glass of wine? Or perhaps you’d like to refine your palate under the guidance of a trained professional? Either way, this exclusive event is for you!  For the first time at Astor Club, Wine Professional Adam Sweders will lead an exciting and interactive evening of blind wine tasting.  As the creator of Wine Rival—a nationally recognized, competitive wine-tasting event for sommeliers—Adam brings his expertise and energy to our membership for a one-of-a-kind experience. Even legendary broadcaster Jim Nantz has called it the "World's Most Exciting Wine Event." The evening will begin with a lively welcome reception, followed by a guided blind tasting of four distinct wines. Mr. Sweders will share expert tips and techniques to help you identify the characteristics of each wine—without ever seeing the bottle.
