Ripasso, often referred to as the "baby Amarone," is crafted by combining young Valpolicella wines with the character of Amarone, giving it a bold character with a luscious fruit profile and hints of spice. Amarone della Valpolicella, on the other hand, is a true indulgence—made from partially dried grapes, it offers deep flavors of dark fruit, chocolate, and a velvety finish that warms the soul, but all as a dry red wine.
